One of the strongest skiers in the world in the second half of the 80s and 90s of the XX century. From 1980 to 1992 he played in the national teams of the USSR and the CIS, from 1992 to 1999 - under the flag of Kazakhstan. After visiting the halls of the complex, Vladimir Smirnov left his autograph on the wall “chronicle of historical events.” There was also information on the wall about his victories at the Olympic Games, which added even more significance to his signature.
